LA COUNTY COVID-19 EMERGENCY RENTERS ASSISTANCE PROGRAM – Apply Today!

ARE YOU A TENANT OR LANDLORD?  DO YOU NEED HELP WITH RENT BECAUSE OF COVID-19?  City of LAs’ Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) launched this week. Administered by the Housing & Community Investment Department (HCID), ERAP provides federal and state emergency rental assistance funds to assist low-income renters who have been unable to pay their rent due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

*PLEASE NOTE – Both landlords and low-income renters living in the City of Los Angeles may apply, regardless of immigration status. 

From March 30 through 11:59pm on April 30, 2021, applications will be available in multiple languages at hcidla.lacity.org. There will also be phone support available in multiple languages, and TTY for persons with hearing or speech impairments.
