Numerous saints are critically ill and in dire need of spiritual and medical interventions. Fervent prayer is our biblical response to any and all societal challenges. For this reason, your Presiding Bishop and General Board are calling all saints to observe a day of “GLOBAL FASTING AND INTERCESSORY PRAYER.” This coming Friday, MARCH 27, 2020, we will intercede on behalf of all nations and people for Heaven’s help in mitigating this dreaded disease.
Dear Saints, Since my last communication with you, the rapidly escalating reality of the coronavirus has necessitated the declaration of a national emergency. As you know, global efforts are being focused on lessening the spread and impact of this virus.
Prayer was one of the central activities of the life of Jesus Christ. It was the one thing that Jesus never forgot to do. Whether He’d find himself in the midst of victory or in the midst of trials, Jesus always prayed.
Greetings West Angeles Family, On March 13, 2020, Mayor Eric Garcetti issued an amendment of Governor Newsom’s Public Health Advisement regarding public gatherings, reducing the number from 250 persons to 50 persons, with spacing of at least six feet. As a faith-based entity, we will rely on the power of prayer to sustain us through the days ahead, while remaining responsible community partners during this crisis.
